Built Anini Counter, a free and privacy-minded web app for creating beautiful countdowns and count-ups. It offers 36 visual styles, 36 completion effects, custom typography, sounds, time-zone support, five languages, offline use, and one-link sharing, with no account or server-side counter storage.

Created LAST ARROW, an infinite open-source puzzle game with levels generated on the fly and guaranteed to be solvable. The challenge increases gradually through more arrows, longer paths, turns, and eventually multi-corner arrows.

Developed a deduplication engine that screens millions of registration records using configurable rules, phonetic matching, and fuzzy logic. The solution offers a user-friendly adjudication interface, audit trails, and dashboards to help teams resolve matches and strengthen identity data quality.

Designed and built Data Quality Jedi for UNHCR operations in the Americas, an advanced solution that monitors registration and case-management data, flags anomalies, streamlines corrections, fosters collaboration among data teams, and allows them to create custom quality checks.

Built Quantum Regional Search within AmericasDWH, a fast and intelligent multi-database search engine that unifies results from regional systems through fuzzy, phonetic, and cross-language matching, configurable filters, and a custom relevance score.

Designed, developed, and launched AmericasDWH, the regional data warehouse used by every UNHCR operation in the Americas. Its integrated tools and solutions improve data quality, reduce duplication, close capacity gaps, and strengthen reporting and collaboration.

Led the regional technical stream for Movilidad Segura, the world's largest resettlement programme. Managed the regional programme data, coordinated across IOM, PRM, UNHCR HQ, and country operations, and built solutions that supported senior decision-making.

Led the design and development of HIT+, a $2.3 million asylum case-management platform for the Government of Colombia. It digitized the full asylum procedure, streamlined workflows, added real-time dashboards, and reduced processing times from years to months.

Designed, developed, and launched HIT for the Government of Colombia to digitize and process more than 90,000 pending asylum applications. Its intake, triage, verification, issuance of administrative acts, and monitoring modules accelerated backlog reduction and improved operational decision-making.

Developed the first global integration between KoBo and proGres, UNHCR's registration and case-management system, automating the transfer and scoring of socioeconomic data. The solution migrated and processed tens of thousands of profiles for operations in Colombia and Guatemala.

Designed and developed CLAS for the Government of Mexico to register asylum seekers and issue thousands of appointments. The system combined rapid data entry, validation, search, audit trails, and reporting.

Designed and built most of UNHCR's standard SSIS migration packages, used to clean, map, and migrate registration and case-management data from legacy offline databases to its Microsoft Dynamics CRM-based PRIMES platform.

Led, co-led, and supported more than 50 global PRIMES deployment missions across all UNHCR regions, covering data migration, system configuration, user training, capacity building, change management, and post-deployment support.

Developed CHAP for the Canadian Humanitarian Admission Programme, covering case intake, prioritization, document verification, and referral workflows. First deployed at UNHCR's Jordan operation, it was later adapted for use in other regions.

Built REFERS for UNHCR Jordan to register tens of thousands of Syrian asylum seekers at the borders. The tool supported rapid registration, unique ID issuance, data sharing, referrals, reporting, and manifest generation.

Designed and developed the new website for the Ojuba Linux distribution using a customized DokuWiki stack. It introduced responsive design and a clean user interface, enabled publishing workflows, and improved performance.

Built Maqola, an Arabic content management platform for classical texts, sayings, poetry, jokes, and stories drawn from Arabic culture and heritage, with social features, editorial workflows, metadata, and advanced search.

Built and programmed OALF-R 1.0, an autonomous Arduino robot that follows lines, detects and avoids obstacles, and reacquires its route after losing the line.

Developed Takhreej, a lightweight, customizable, open-source PHP URL manager and router with clean routing, short links, and simple templating for small websites.
عركابتشا: كابتشا عربية
Created ArCaptcha, the first open-source Arabic CAPTCHA for PHP. It generates configurable Arabic CAPTCHA images, includes documentation and simple integration, and has been adopted by multiple Arabic websites.
موقع فضاء المتمكنين - عمّان
Developed an Arabic community platform for electronics and robotics makers, with articles, Q&A, discussions, and search. It was designed to foster collaboration and enrich Arabic technical content on the internet.
خُرافي
Built and programmed MAZUINO, the region's first documented maze-solving robot. The autonomous, multitasking Arduino robot learns an arbitrary line maze, calculates the shortest path, and solves it in subsequent runs.
